Eagle Dive

Its painful to see and to always hear the activities of men and boys who are suppose to protect and defend the women suddenly becoming  the people that hurts them. It breaks my heart daily, with the way our girls, women are been harassed, maltreated, abused and raped. We can't count the numbers of little girls and women that are being raped daily, I had a case where a young girl of about 13years was raped to death by a father and a son. The question is what is going on, what has taken over the mind and souls of most men. I challenge someone, wherever you are across the face of the earth, lets stand up and say no to Rape. I say no to Rape. We can do something about this and we must do something about this. We must Fight this ugly trend to become a thing of the past.

OVERCOMING DISCOURAGEMENT. The essence of life is to be productive, progressive and innovative. When you are not progressing  you are easily faced with discouragement. Discouragement is a phase in your life that if you don't fight to shake it off, it can hinder your achievement and productivity in destiny. Things might not really be going the way you desire them at the moment but find every reason to be encouraged because no situation is permitted to last a life time. HOW DO I OVERCOME DISCOURAGEMENT. * Hang arround people who are not discouraged, men and women of passion. * Always remember your assignment, pursuit, purpose and goals, it will keep you encouraged as long as you know what you set out to achieve. * Remember the promises of God concerning your life and destiny. * You must have an understanding that there is no regret going forward, find every means to keep going forward. Never forget this, if your situation will change or not, it depends on you.

DON'T FAKE IT. Why fake your activites so as to fool people around you or make them believe all is going well, when you are managing to keep up. Too many individuals are struggling with their relationship, postions and place of service even when they know they are faking it. Life is too precious to pretend when you are suppose to allow yourself some space for fresh breath and total expression of your true identity. Don't suffer in pains when you are suppose to enjoy every precious moment of your life. Alot of people have spent  15years, 10years and some 5years faking it, when they ought to be making true impart with their precious time. Never you forget this, mistake is better than faking perfection. Make the mistake of enjoying your time in destiny than to suffer faking it, the choice is yours.

DYING FOR YOUR DREAM. Are you willing to die for your dream?  What are you willing to give for the actualization and accomplishment of your dream. Pursuing your dream come with a huge load of tempatations and discouragement. What are you determine to do to see your dream come to manifestation. There is the season of waiting and your waiting seems to look as if you are wasting away. A period where it seem nothing is working, it seems as if all doors are closed against you, but if you can manage to playback and  flashback to the image and pictures you carry in your heart it becomes difficult for you  give up. I speak to millions of individuals out there fighting to fulfill their dream don't be discourage, you will surely triumph. Be prepared to make it happen because nothing will bring you fulfillment unless you fight to manifest that dream. The best news ever is when your long awaited desire turns into manifestation. The best news ever is that issue that made you cry secret tears suddenly turns for you into a testimony. BEING NICE. Being nice is such a simple task for all humans, but majority of us finds it difficult to be nice. Being nice enables you to accomplish much for each day. Being nice is to be thoughtful, gentle, considerate,caring, polite and helpful. Being nice is as simple as not talking about people behind their back. THE PRESENCE OF GOD. Too many people have talk so much about their place of worship, how beautiful and colourful it is, but the truth is that there is really nothing special about any church without the presence of God. The presence of God is what makes the difference in every gathering for worship. Don't focus on how colourful and beautiful the environment look like, but focus on contacting the presence of God. Going to worship without an encounter with his presence, is like going for  an ordinary meeting. It is His presence that satisfy your hunger. It gives you fulfillment. WISDOM FOR FAVOUR. If you lack wisdom, you will lack favour... You can't truly enjoy favour if you lack wisdom. Alot of people are labouring without proofs as a result of wisdom deficiency. Part of your greatest asset in the journey of life is the wisdom for favour. Favour is not what you wish for it is what you provoke to manifest. THANKSGIVING.PART 1. According to the book of Psalms 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving. So there are gates you cannot enter in destiny except you are thankful. Thanksgiving is what makes your tank full. If you are not thankful you can't be lifted. To be thankful is to be fruitful. Thanksgiving is a door opener. There are certain doors only the attitude of thanksgiving can open. It is appreciation that trigger the application for more blessings. If you appreciate Him, He will supply you more blessings. Thanksgiving is the expression of gratitude. According to John C Maxwell who said that the expression of gratitude is the greatest attitude on earth. Thanksgiving empowers you to overcome complain and Murmuring. Keep thanking and Appreciating God because it is one of the surest way out of your problems and challenges.

MY TEACHER Men and women who have given their time and knowledge towards the benefit of the pupils. If not for teacher many of us wouldn't have been able to function effectively today. Teachers have contributed so much in the development of various nations through their training for student to become useful to the Society. According to wikipedia who describe a teacher as a  person who helps others to acquire knowledge, competences or values. Informally the role of teacher may be taken on by anyone (e.g. when showing a colleague how to perform a specific task). Everyone who has been positivley imparted by a teacher in your school, at church, at home and any medium through which you have benefitted from someone who you know have contributed to your destiny today. *PARTNERSHIP* One day a tiny little rat and an elephant met each other at the edge of a wooden bridge. As they crossed the bridge simultaneously, it swayed and made some rattling noise. As soon as they got to the end of the bridge, the rat turned, looked at the elephant and said "wow, look at the way we shook the bridge." Isn't that very funny? But that is the beauty of partnership. Yes, it was the elephant's weight and size that made the bridge to tremble. Yet a rat in the company with an elephant would command an elephant's weight effect on any bridge. Partnership, is the key to getting things done quicker and more effectively. It helps us to eliminate loss. No man is an island; a tree on its own can not be regarded as a forest. We need each other. Don't strive to do things alone, seek for other people's input for effective delivery and impart.

EDUCATION According to one of my professor (Mr Oramisi in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka Nigeria in the year 2004). Who defined "Education as the totality of all the processes by which a child or a young adult develop the ability and other forms of behaviours which are of a positive value to the society in which he or she lives. In my teenage days i was made to believe that i need to be educated to get a good result, good grades so as to occupy vacant position in  governement office of my country. But as i began to grow from a boy into a man, i have come to discover that those ideas and philosophy are no longer applicable in presence day society. It is no longer going to school, getting a good grade that determines your placement in destiny. But rather a discovery of your gift, potentials and purpose couple with the ability to dare and bring it to manifestation. Am i against Education? No! but to be educated and not being able to uncover and discover your abilities

UNDERSTANDING It is understanding that makes a man outstanding, you can only stand on what you understand. What you don't understand, you will always remain under it. Too many mistakes have been made as a result of lack of understanding. Relationship has been distroyed because couple fail to understand themselves. Understanding is a requirement and a necessity for growth and progress. You must seek to understand and be understood. If you must flow in the rem of understanding then you must be taught by those who understand it better. Until those who know better than us teach and explain events to us, we will suffer from lack of understanding. Never take this for granted, the depth of your Understanding determines your height and placement in life and destiny...

BE DEAF...     Frogs had a competition to Reach Top of a Hill. All Frogs shouted, Its Impossible. But one Frog Reached the Top How? He was Deaf... Let the ears of your heart be closed to negaive words, words are powerful, they are spirit carrier, the words of every man carries the spirit of the man. According to the book of John6:63 which state "the words i speak they are spirit and they are life" What you keep hearing is where your life will naturally gravitate to... Mind what you hear, if we  must get to our destination on time we must avoid the vehicle of negative words. Close your ear and be deaf to their discouragement and fear. That your positive dream is possible, it can be done, even if nobody has attempted it before, be happy that you are the first to attempt and succeed in it. You will surely get there... THINK! NIGERIA. When Adolf Hitler said "what luck for rulers that men do not think". That statement seems to reflect more in Africa.  Until we, Nigerians decide to use our minds positively, underdevelopment and impoverishment is inevitable. Based on the human capital and natural resources deposited in Nigeria, we shouldn't be where we are today and that is what we all as Nigerians know and has been talking about. It is time to quite the blame game  and get down to action. Every Nigerian must be prepared to do the little they can as we all contribute to the well being of our nation. Virtually every state in Nigeria has more natural resources than most European nations yet we suffer lack and want. It is time to change our orientation. It is time for Nigerians to begin to look into other sources to generate wealth.
