MOUTH ODOUR.


Mouth odour is an embarrassing condition caused by a group of anaerobic, sulfur-producing bacteria that breeds beneath the surface of the tongue and often in the throat and tonsil area.

People develop mouth odour as a result of poor dental health habits.
Bad breath can be made worse by the types of foods you eat and other unhealthy lifestyle habits.

Occasional we have smell of strong foods on someone’s breath… and then there are those with whom it is genuinely difficult to carry on a conversation because of the distracting strength wafting from his or her mouth.

MAJOR CAUSES OF MOUTH ODOUR.

*  Tooth Decay.

*Gum Disease.

* Poor Oral Hygiene.(brush before going to bed)

*Diet.(avoid food that smell)

* Smoking.

Mouth odour will make people necessarily avoid you, and this will surely affect your Personality and self Esteem.
